Here’s a really insightful article on the persistent issues faced by women in Tech I thought would be good to share out this team.  There’s a lot of interesting research out there as to why women aren’t going into tech fields to start with, but this article digs into why it is so hard to retain them as well.  Food for thought.

As well, here’s a list of great videos that I’ve shared often and I thought it good to share out as they are “better than an MBA.”  I’ve seen a number of these and would also recommend this TED talk about finding your why.
